For the occasion, we created in Meta Presence^® a futuristic building in downtown Milan, with the city skyline appearing from the virtual windows, immediately attracting the attention of the audience. Participants were welcomed by the Meta Presence team, Hostesses and Stewards, who accompanied them to the Main Room, the principal area where the event was hosted. Here the guests followed the presentation by sharing company content on a screen that served as a backdrop to the speakers' speeches that followed one another on the stage.

It was an immersive and engaging moment of sharing and interaction that was extended after the event was over in the Networking Room, a separate area dedicated to socializing. A circular space where it was possible to take a seat, interact face to face or in groups with other participants in a direct confrontation on the topics discussed, but also an unmissable opportunity to make new connections and build contacts. Exactly as in a physical setting, the space created for the event also featured interactive advertising content.

Goal: Organize an event in the Metaverse for remote participants to have a unique, engaging and immersive experience within a scenario designed and created specifically for the meeting.

Description: A unique virtual space, the result of the imagination and emotions that the company intended to convey to its audience, capable of adding a new dimension to the relationship between employees, customers, prospects and partners.
