META PRESENCE® FOR VIRTUAL FACTORY

Goal: Create with Meta Presence® a customized virtual space in which to faithfully replicate the physical plant and its operation in real time, for two-way interaction with the factory that allows expert employees to keep the entire production process tracked even remotely.
Description: For this project we created a customized setting, a space dedicated to the Virtual Factory in which the digital twin of a company's plant, a production chain that involves counting and cleaning products, was reproduced in every detail. The idea came from the desire to duplicate in the virtual world what happens in the physical world, to supervise the entire process even from a distance, displaying in real time on virtual screens the data present on the physical screens of the plant.
Technicians and employees can interact directly with the digital twins of plants and equipment, activating and deactivating the settings provided for cleaning. By transmitting data in real time, it is possible to monitor procedures, steps and scheduled production schedules, providing complete control over the entire process. From choosing cleaning settings to plant-specific details, with Meta Presence® the company can manage its production flows and organize resources anywhere in the world, saving time and costs.
